Use the button below. The tool is already set up for ConnectXpert, so there is nothing to configure.

Open it
Open the downloaded file. No installation is needed. If Windows asks whether to run it, choose Run.

Share your ID and password
Tell your technician the ID and one-time password shown in the window. You can see everything that happens and end the session by closing the window.
